Q. What do you need to create a 3D watercolour?
A. Any information you can give me such as Plans and Elevations.

Q. What about the colours and materials used?
A. We will follow the informations specified on the Plans. If not specified, we can decide later on during the process. But this sort of presentation is much more artistic than a realist image, so materials and textures shouldn't be considerate as urgent.

Q. Is that a hand drawing or a computer generated image?
A. All of the images are 3D models, but watercolour images are much more artistic than the others, so we do use some hand drawings technique to apply the effect and some special finishings. So I can say its a bit ot 50% 3D and 50% made by "hand" (mouse).

Q. Is it possible to create an animation of it?
A. No, it is not. As we do apply some "hand" techniques to the images, it is not possible to generate animations. So we can suggest creating a Sketch image instead. Please refer to the link above for sketches.

Q. Is it possible to modify the image after it's done?
A. Yes it is. Even using hand techniques and watercolour effects, all of the images are saved and kept on a way we can do changes in the future, such as colours and even sky, trees, etc. Once you are happy with the result and the Final Image is sent to you, we can still modify it later, but an extra fee can be charged for that.
